We generally deliver all orders within 7-21 working days, even though most of our deliverables arrive within 10-14 working days. This is because there might be occasional delays due to customs clearance processes, which are beyond our control.
When your order is shipped, we will immediately send you an email containing a tracking number. Using this number, you will be able to know where your item is and when it is expected to arrive. If you did not receive this email, please email us at hello@kittypit.com.
We offer a 5-day return policy after delivery for your items. The items must be in original condition and must not have been used in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements. Kitty Pit offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost). All returns must be sent to our warehouses, and the address will be provided when you contact us for a return at hello@kittypit.com.
To initiate a return, simply email us at hello@kittypit.com using the same email address you used to order the item. We will send you the address to use to send back the items. Once we receive the items, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost). Kitty Pit cannot be held liable for the loss of the items during the return process. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods and keeping a record of the tracking details.
